Student IT Supporter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our IT Support team in Copenhagen. The role is part‑time (15‑20 hours per week) and involves assisting colleagues with everyday IT incidents and service requests, providing a first point of contact for technical help.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, triage and resolve IT incidents of varying complexity.
• Handle service requests such as onboarding/off‑boarding, user account creation and equipment preparation.
• Maintain accurate Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities.
• Request and track IT equipment purchases and ensure proper asset management.
• Document solutions in knowledge articles and share information with other service desks.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in an IT‑related study program.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Good customer‑service mindset and ability to work within a 08:00‑16:30 schedule.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with PC hardware, headsets and monitors.
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, etc.).
• Proficiency in Windows operating system.
• Understanding of Identity and Access Management processes.
