Store Manager - Lyngby

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Store Manager for its Lyngby store in Denmark. The role carries full accountability for the commercial performance, people and operations of the store, and involves representing the Levi's brand every day in a high-performing, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the store's profit and loss by identifying and delivering commercial and profit-driving opportunities
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing store team delivering excellent customer service
• Analyse commercial data and KPIs and turn insights into clear actions
• Monitor store performance through reporting and regular updates to the District Manager, backed by action plans
• Manage store operations including stock, payroll, rosters and administration
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members, and build a leadership bench through coaching, training and succession planning
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation and operational excellence

Required profile

• Genuine passion for the Levi's brand and alignment with its values
• Proven experience leading a retail store in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs
• Ability to develop, engage and retain high-performing teams
• Solid understanding of HR policies, people processes and employee relations
• Operational knowledge of stock, admin, payroll and compliance
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
