Store Manager – Lyngby

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Lyngby location. The role is responsible for commercial performance, people, and operations, leading a high‑performing, inclusive team. You will represent the Levi’s® brand daily and create an environment where both people and business thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Own profit and loss performance, identifying and delivering commercial and profit‑driving opportunities.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing store team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Analyse commercial data and KPIs, turning insights into clear actions to drive performance.
• Manage store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas and administrative processes.
• Recruit, onboard and develop team members who embody the Levi’s® brand and values.

Required profile

• A genuine passion for the Levi’s® brand and strong alignment with company values.
• Proven experience successfully leading a fast‑paced retail store.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving KPIs and controlling costs.
• Ability to develop, engage and retain high‑performing teams.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, employee relations and operational compliance.
