About the role

Join PwC Legal's specialised real estate team in Aarhus, advising public and private clients on complex property transactions, project development and lease‑ and construction law.

Key responsibilities

• Handle real estate transactions including purchases, sales and due diligence.
• Advise on project development, residential and commercial leasing, and construction contracts.
• Draft, negotiate and review contracts and transaction documents.
• Support dispute resolution in construction and lease matters.

Required profile

• Law degree (cand.jur. or cand.merc.jur.) – newly graduated or with a few years of experience.
• Strong interest in real estate and construction law.
• Ambitious, collaborative and motivated to specialise.
• Interest in technology and AI as tools for legal advice.
