About the role

We are looking for a legal advisor specialized in family and inheritance law to join PwC Legal’s generational‑transition team in Aarhus. You will work closely with tax and audit experts to provide holistic advice to business owners and their families as wealth, property and companies are passed to the next generation.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on and drafting wills, marriage contracts and future powers of attorney.
• Collaborating with auditors and tax advisors on family‑ and inheritance‑related matters, including estate administration.
• Participating in interdisciplinary client meetings, contributing expertise in family and inheritance law.
• Preparing documents for generational transfers, such as transfer agreements and corporate‑law documents.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in family and inheritance law, with exposure to estate handling.
• Experience advising business owners on generational transitions is a plus, but a solid private‑law background is sufficient.
• Enthusiasm for learning new topics and working in a cross‑functional environment.
