About the role

Netto is looking for an ambitious Souschef to support the store manager in Kerteminde. This position offers strong personal development, career progression and a collaborative team environment within Denmark's largest grocery chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and train store employees, ensuring high motivation and satisfaction.
• Act as the front‑line leader on the shop floor, setting a positive example for colleagues.
• Handle a variety of administrative tasks and support the store manager in daily operations.
• Help the store achieve its operational and financial targets.
• Serve as a role model for Netto’s values and the Employee Experience (NEX) framework.
