Site Supervisor – Electrical Supervision and Commissioning

About the role

Rambøll is looking for experienced professionals with a strong electrical background to join its Site team in QHSE and Construction, working on energy and industrial projects across Denmark and abroad. You will supervise, test, troubleshoot and commission critical energy installations, reporting to the site manager or commissioning manager and working closely with project engineers, management, customers and contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site checks, inspections and quality control of electrical installations
• Supervise the work of electrical contractors during construction
• Ensure installations follow the project's technical specifications and schedule
• Discuss technical issues, coordinate activities and share knowledge with the project organisation
• Take part in troubleshooting, inspection and revision tasks
• Commission, test and troubleshoot installations, and document observations and deviations
• Report non-conformities that could affect quality, safety or progress

Required profile

• Relevant technical education such as electrician, machine operator or equivalent electrical background
• Several years of experience supervising, mounting, testing or commissioning electrical works
• Knowledge of national and international electrical regulations and standards
• Experience with or interest in grid connection, battery systems and emergency power systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications and project documents
• Independent, structured and professional communication in Danish and English
