Shift Leader Chef - A La Carte

About the role

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for a Shift Leader Chef for its a la carte restaurant in Copenhagen. The role supports the smooth running of the kitchen department, which delivers the guest dining experience across the whole hotel, and works within a team focused on guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and deliver the guest dining experience to the highest standard.
• Work as part of a team that responds positively and promptly to guest enquiries and resolves problems.
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and ensure they are done in a timely and professional way.
• Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, including hotel initiatives and targets.
• Work with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Maintain effective working relationships and promote the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, and follow up as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a relevant role in a busy kitchen.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties.
