On-Call Waiter

About the role

Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Copenhagen, is looking for On-Call Waiters to join its Food & Beverage service team. The team works as a unit to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, responding quickly and positively to guest requests, and takes responsibility for the duties assigned in a timely and professional way.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver departmental plans and objectives so that hotel initiatives and targets are achieved.
• Work closely with the immediate supervisor to control costs and inventory and to attain productivity and performance levels.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting the company culture and values.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, with due diligence, best practice and documentation for internal and external audits, including follow-up where required.

Required profile

• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of assigned duties.
• Personal integrity and the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in food & beverage service is beneficial.
