Senior Property Operations Manager

About the role

The Senior Property Operations Manager is responsible for the operational, financial and strategic performance of a portfolio of residential properties in Copenhagen. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead onsite teams, ensure consistent service standards, and drive resident satisfaction across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational performance, service delivery and customer experience across the assigned portfolio.
• Develop and implement portfolio‑wide standards, processes and resource allocation.
• Identify and close operational gaps, optimise resource and asset utilisation.
• Oversee site presentation, safety compliance and partner/facility quality.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, accruals, BVA and OPEX management.
• Prepare and present financial and operational reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Significant experience in property operations or facilities management, preferably in residential real‑estate.
• Proven leadership of multi‑site teams and ability to drive performance improvements.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
