About the role
As Senior PAT Solution Integration Lead, you will help turn scientific models into reliable production solutions by connecting model development, process engineering, automation and manufacturing execution. You report to the Director, Laboratory & PAT Solutions and act as a central PAT advisor working across many disciplines.
Key responsibilities

- Guide PAT implementation strategies and establish application standards for consistent deployment across projects.
- Coordinate automation, orchestration, Manufacturing Execution System integration, process and operations activities so PAT solutions are ready for deployment.
- Train operational teams, prepare procedures and run readiness assessments, then support go-live, system changes and critical production troubleshooting.
- Establish operational best practices, troubleshooting guidance, data-integrity frameworks, GMP compliance protocols and validation strategies.
- Monitor PAT system performance, identify improvements and apply lessons learned to future implementations.
Required profile
- Degree in automation, electrical, mechanical or mechatronics engineering, another relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Experience in technical project delivery, troubleshooting, supplier coordination and technical documentation.
- Ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and to influence decisions without direct authority.
Required skills
- Process Analytical Technology systems and synTQ or comparable platforms.
- Industrial controls, automated equipment, data integrity, GMP requirements and validation activities.
What we offer
- Annual base salary ranging from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK depending on the level of the position.
