Senior Expansion Manager – Denmark

About the role

Fastned is looking for a Senior Expansion Manager to lead the growth of its fast‑charging network across Denmark. Based in Copenhagen, you will identify and secure high‑traffic locations for ultra‑fast charging stations, helping the company reach its European target of 1,000 sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a network expansion plan for Denmark, focusing on prime real‑estate assets.
• Negotiate lease and partnership agreements with landowners, developers, retailers and government bodies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align site selection with technical, regulatory and financial requirements.
• Streamline expansion processes to improve efficiency and reduce time‑to‑market.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain Fastned’s leadership position.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in real‑estate acquisition, site development or related fields.
• Proven track record of negotiating complex contracts and building strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the electric‑vehicle charging ecosystem and e‑mobility trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Danish is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑growing, international environment.
