Property Management Specialist

About the role

Netcompany is looking for an experienced, operational Property Management Specialist in Copenhagen to help develop its property management solutions. The role brings hands-on property management experience into product development, working with technical and refinement teams so that solutions reflect real-life processes, challenges and customer needs. It is not a sales role.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure the product delivers value, automation potential and efficiency across the property management value chain.
• Work closely with the technical team and the refinement team on product development.
• Support business development and sales through market dialogue, customer feedback and pre-sales activities.
• Take part in customer meetings and other client-facing activities, building trust and credibility with customers.

Required profile

• Solid operational experience as a property manager.
• Experience across a property portfolio, including Danish regulatory requirements such as cost control rent (OMK), free market rent, taxes, duties and rates, and operational budgets.
• Experience across residential, commercial and mixed properties, including customer reporting requirements.
• Experience as a power user or super user of a property management software system.
• Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken).
