Senior Cyber Security Partner - Enterprise IT

About the role

Novo Nordisk is looking for a Senior Cyber Security Partner to join its Security Partners team in the Enterprise IT & Quality department, based in Ballerup. You will be the trusted security advisor for Enterprise IT, helping embed cyber security into how the business works, decides and develops, and acting as the bridge between the business area and the central Cyber Security organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the cyber security partner for Enterprise IT, collaborating with the business area and other security professionals.
• Advise on current and emerging threats, turning risk into clear priorities and practical mitigations.
• Contribute to cyber security strategies that reflect the area's priorities, technology landscape and risk profile.
• Promote early consideration of security in business and technology decisions.
• Work with external parties such as vendors, consultants and authorities.

Required profile

• 5-10 years of experience in cyber security, information security, IT risk or related fields in a large or complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of IT and/or OT, and the ability to link security to business objectives.
• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Danish is an advantage but not required.
• Experience advising on risks across enterprise applications, cloud services, identity and access management, end-user devices and networks.

Required skills

• Experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF or ISO 27001.
• Stakeholder management and trusted relationships with the assigned area.
• Interpersonal, communication and coaching skills, and collaboration with external parties.
• Nice to have: industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CISA.

What we offer

• Annual base salary ranging from 847,000 to 1,245,100 DKK, depending on skills and experience.
