SAP Commerce Cloud Application Manager

About the role

Own and evolve a global e‑commerce platform for a leading aviation aftermarket company. The role is responsible for the stability, performance and continuous evolution of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) platform from an application management perspective.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, availability and drive improvements in scalability and maintainability.
• Act as the bridge between product owners, developers and architecture to translate vision into technical reality.
• Coordinate external development partners and implementation vendors.
• Oversee releases, deployments and environment health.
• Align platform with enterprise architecture, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA, APIs and SAP BTP.
• Support incident management and lead root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in application management or platform ownership of enterprise e‑commerce solutions.
• Strong understanding of digital B2B/B2C customer journeys and modern e‑commerce architecture.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

• SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, Oracle (or similar platforms)
• SAP CX suite (plus)
• SAP S/4HANA integration
• APIs and cloud platforms (SAP BTP)
• DevOps and release management practices
