Sales Executive – Industrial Adhesives & Tapes (Denmark, Jutland)

About the role

3M is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to lead the Industrial Adhesives & Tapes division in Denmark’s Jutland region. You will be responsible for promoting, demonstrating and selling a portfolio of adhesive and tape solutions to end‑users, distributors and key accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Promote, introduce and sell the designated IATD product range, delivering product demonstrations that highlight key features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of the product portfolio, competitor offerings and key accounts within the territory.
• Identify, manage and grow nominated key accounts, generating new business opportunities.
• Develop and nurture relationships with distributors, contractors and engineering consultants, supporting a combined sales value of approximately $6.5 million.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities and account information in the CRM system.
• Provide training to internal and external sales teams of distributors.
• Continuously improve market knowledge, product expertise and selling skills.

Required profile

• Proven experience in adhesives or tapes sales, or a strong background in industrial sales with a record of winning and retaining business.
• Experience managing a sales territory with multiple product lines.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage at all organisational levels.
• Fluent in English and Danish, with a valid driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for territory management.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
