Sales Development Representative – SaaS Lead Generation

About the role

Join Brandwatch, a Cision company, to help shape the future of communication by generating new business opportunities. As a Sales Development Representative you will research, engage and qualify prospects, setting the stage for qualified sales conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Research new markets and build a pipeline of potential leads using Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Act as the first point of contact, reaching out to prospects via outbound calls, emails and social media.
• Identify decision‑makers within target companies and schedule platform demos.
• Execute a minimum of 80 outbound activities daily (40 calls and 40 emails) to generate qualified opportunities.
• Qualify new leads, nurture warm leads and own your pipeline.
• Book demos for Account Executives and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay current on industry news and the social media landscape.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (analytical subjects a plus).
• Positive, determined attitude with the ability to turn a “no” into a “yes”.
• Team‑player mindset eager to contribute to an ambitious sales team.
• Comfortable thriving in a quota‑driven environment with short sales cycles.
• Cold‑calling experience is an advantage.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
