Sales Assistant - Streetwear & Sneakers Store

About the role

JD Sports is looking for a new Sales Assistant for its store in Brunns Galleri, Aarhus, Denmark. The role suits people who love streetwear and sneakers, enjoy working in a team and want to give customers the best possible experience. It is a part-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service: welcome customers, help them find suitable stock and alternatives, tell them about new or future stock, and encourage repeat visits.
• Sales: sell to as many customers as possible, handle several customers at once, know the layout of the stock, follow promotions and present accessories.
• Visual merchandising: keep the shop floor clean, replenish stock so the full range is available, price products correctly and keep displays up to date.
• General: follow company rules and dress code, keep stock areas and staff facilities tidy, help unload deliveries and move or shelf stock, and cover for other staff when needed.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
• Confident and outgoing.
• Effective selling skills.
