Sales Advisor - Key Holder, 20 or 30 Hours

About the role

ARKET, a modern market for everyday life within H&M Group, is looking for a Sales Advisor acting as Key Holder in Aarhus. As Key Holder you shape the customer experience, lead by example and support the management team in delivering service and operational excellence. The position is part-time, with either a 20-hour or 30-hour weekly contract, starting in December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through expert styling advice, good product knowledge and an engaging store environment
• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures and support the wider management team as needed
• Interpret sales data and work with store leadership to optimise the store's commercial performance
• Lead and inspire a team of sales assistants to uphold high service standards
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as delivery, replenishment and shop floor cover
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the company's values in every customer interaction

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality, with a good understanding of store operations, including opening and closing and stock delivery
• Customer-focused, adaptable and flexible, and comfortable working varied hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Strong communicator who listens to understand customers' needs
• Eager to learn, open to feedback and proactive in taking initiative
