QA Specialist – Supplier Complaint Handling

About the role
An experienced QA Specialist is required to support quality oversight across materials and supply chain operations in a regulated biotech environment. The hands‑on role focuses on deviation management and supplier quality.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve deviations across materials and supply chain operations.
- Lead and support investigations, including root‑cause analysis.
- Review and approve supplier complaints and quality issues.
- Support data collection for product quality reporting.
- Work cross‑functionally with supply chain, warehouse and quality teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, data integrity and internal procedures.
- Communicate clearly and challenge stakeholders when required.
Required profile
- 5+ years QA experience in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical or biotech environment.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical thinking.
- Self‑driven, adaptable and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communicator across teams and stakeholders.
Required skills
- Experience managing deviations from investigation through approval.
- Experience with supplier complaints or supplier quality oversight.
- Familiarity with eQMS and ERP systems such as Veeva, TrackWise or SAP.
- Solid understanding of GMP and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
