Projektleder/Arkitekt til Transformation, Renovering og Ombygning

About the role

Norconsult is looking for an experienced architect and project manager to lead transformation, renovation and conversion projects, especially for protected and heritage buildings. The role combines architectural expertise with client development and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and develop a strong client portfolio.
• Lead and drive transformation, restoration and conversion projects.
• Ensure high architectural quality throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to team leadership and professional development.
• Maintain dialogue with owners, authorities and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Architect MAA degree, preferably with a technical background.
• At least 10 years of experience in restoration, transformation or renovation projects.
• Proven experience collaborating with owners, authorities and cultural heritage agencies.
• Strong project management skills for complex construction projects.
• Comfortable with both strategic discussions and on‑site presence, including site supervision.
