Projektleder til anlægsarbejde

About the role

A/S Karl Jensen is looking for a strong and dynamic Project Manager to lead construction and earthworks projects, primarily in soil and sewer works. You will head your own team, ensure practical execution, and contribute to sustainable development of the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in construction meetings with subcontractors, sub‑contractors and clients.
• Prepare offers and bids for soil and sewer projects.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation and financial performance.
• Coordinate internal and external logistics on construction sites.
• Monitor project schedules, quality targets and ensure compliance.
• Drive process optimisation and develop company work procedures.
• Use Leica iCON GPS for precise positioning and measurement.
• Handle ad‑hoc tasks and solve on‑site problems.
• Lead 2‑5 projects simultaneously, supervising 2‑10 staff members.
• Split time between the Hobro office and various construction sites.

Required profile

• Relevant education in construction, civil engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Leica iCON GPS technology.
