Document Controller – Offshore Wind Projects

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Document Controller to support the execution of substation projects for large offshore wind farms, PtX and energy transmission in Denmark. You will join the Operational Excellence and QHSE team, contributing to the green transition through effective document management.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the master document register (MDR), including attributes, hierarchies and planning.
• Manage the flow of documentation in Autodesk Forma, track incoming and outgoing documents, and distribute them to project team members.
• Ensure a traceable history of all documents throughout the project lifecycle and support internal/external review processes.
• Handle documentation via the employer’s Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
• Support and continuously improve internal and external communication.
• Liaise with client document controllers and maintain regular contact for document workflows.
• Develop project document management procedures and processes.
• Support improvement initiatives and development plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in document management on large‑scale construction projects.
• Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) processes.
• Customer‑oriented approach and ability to work across cultures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in parallel.
• High integrity, team spirit and proactive engagement.

Required skills

• Autodesk Forma (previously ACC) or similar CDE platforms (Dalux, Aconex).
• Microsoft Office applications – Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.
