Project Manager – Aid & Relief

About the role

Join Maersk’s Project Logistics team to lead complex, mission‑critical transport projects for aid and relief customers worldwide. You will manage end‑to‑end logistics solutions across air, sea and road, supporting a new customer win and building a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics projects for aid and relief customers, coordinating ocean, air and land transport.
• Develop tailored logistics solutions by capturing project requirements, supporting planning, costing and proposal development.
• Lead project execution, ensuring delivery against customer specifications and optimizing operational processes.
• Handle smaller tender processes, secure commercially attractive solutions and conduct site visits to engage local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the aid & relief sector and freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong project‑management capabilities with a track record of successful execution.
• Commercial awareness and ability to develop customer‑focused solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills in English.

Required skills
