Project Associate – Aid & Relief

About the role

Join Maersk’s Project Logistics team to manage complex international transport projects for aid and relief operations, supporting mission‑critical supply chains worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end logistics projects across ocean, air and land modes for aid & relief customers.
• Coordinate quoting, solution design, planning, costing, pricing and proposal development.
• Lead project execution, ensuring delivery against customer requirements and optimizing process flows.
• Handle smaller tender processes and support site visits with local stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the aid & relief sector and freight forwarding.
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successful execution.
• Commercial awareness and ability to develop customer‑focused solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills in English.
