Project Assistant – Underground Pipe Installation

About the role

NCC is looking for an administrative project assistant for its underground pipe installation unit in Taastrup. You will support the project management team on infrastructure projects such as cable, water, sewer and district heating works, working with colleagues and external parties. The work is based at Hørsving, where about 12–15 employees are based.

Key responsibilities

• Apply for permits from authorities (e.g. digging permits)
• Request information on underground utilities
• Contact authorities and utility owners
• Follow up on quality assurance
• Prepare drawings for drilling
• Keep track of vehicles, machinery and equipment
• Handle supplier invoices and order goods and equipment
• Take part in safety meetings and mock drills

Required profile

• A few years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction or engineering
• Good overview and ability to cope with a dynamic day
• Fluent Danish, spoken and written
• Structured, responsible and able to work with colleagues at all levels
• Advantageous: used to a fast-paced environment with a direct, informal tone

Required skills

• Good command of IT, including accounting and project management systems
• Good Excel skills
