Production Worker - Cubic

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Production Worker for its Cubic site in Bronderslev. You will join a team manufacturing modular enclosure systems used in electrical switchboards worldwide, operating machines and performing assembly tasks according to technical documentation while ensuring quality and efficiency. You report to the Team Leader and work onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines used to produce modular enclosure components
• Perform assembly and production tasks based on technical drawings, process sheets and work instructions
• Make sure all components meet quality standards and predefined tolerances
• Inspect and measure products with tools such as calipers to verify accuracy
• Identify and report production issues, supporting continuous improvement and keeping the workplace safe and organised

Required profile

• 1+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• 1+ years of experience with mechanical assembly or machine operation
• Ability to read and follow technical documentation and instructions

Preferred profile

• 1-2 years of experience in metal processing, assembly or industrial production
• Experience with modular systems or electrical enclosures
• Familiarity with measurement tools and quality control processes
