Production Manager

About the role

CUBIC-Modulsystem A/S, part of Rockwell Automation, is setting up a new production site in Brønderslev. The Production Manager builds the site together with the Plant Manager and the organisation, and is responsible for daily operations and for creating the team, processes and structure needed for safe, efficient and competitive production. The role reports to the Plant Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and ramp up the new production site.
• Recruit, lead and develop the production team and build a strong performance and production culture.
• Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with relevant standards.
• Plan capacity, resources, priorities and deliveries, and manage production flow, quality and on-time delivery.
• Improve LEAN and continuous improvement projects, and set up efficient processes and working methods.
• Collaborate across the organisation to ensure high quality and reliable delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid technical and mechanical understanding, with a visible, hands-on approach.
• Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement.
• Structured, goal-oriented and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• 3+ years of experience with production planning and capacity management.
• ERP experience, such as Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Microsoft Office 365.
