Product Coordinator Team Leader

About the role

Maki A/S, a leading distributor of toys in Scandinavia representing more than 100 brands, is looking for an experienced Product Coordinator who can take clear leadership responsibility for a strong team. You will work closely with suppliers and Buyers on the company's brands and lead a team of five Product Coordinators within the Commercial team.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure close cooperation with suppliers and colleagues in Commercial, Sales and Marketing
• Set up and follow up purchase orders with a focus on timely delivery
• Handle product creation, assortment follow-up and maintenance of master data
• Ensure timely product samples for showrooms and customers
• Manage processes and deadlines for locating products, manuals and packaging
• Keep information flowing to Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain
• Optimize processes, including using data and AI
• Lead the team, set priorities and standards, and support professional development and well-being

Required profile

• Experience as a Product Coordinator, preferably in a B2B company and retail
• Experience in team leadership and motivation
• Structured approach with a strong sense of detail and overview
• Interest in or experience with AI and digital tools
• Fluent Danish and English
• Technical user of ERP systems such as Navision 2018, Excel and preferably Power BI; experience with Perfion is an advantage
