Account Manager – Customer Service and Packaging Solutions

About the role

BetaPack, which develops customer-specific packaging solutions for the food industry and industrial sectors, is recruiting an Account Manager on behalf of GML A/S. You will join the sales team and act as the main contact for selected customers, linking colleagues in sales, customers, suppliers and carriers so that tasks and projects are followed through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and commercial support, acting as primary contact for assigned customers
• Work closely with Key Account Managers to identify opportunities for customer development, upselling and optimisation
• Calculate costs and prepare offers
• Create purchase and sales orders
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and carriers
• Maintain master data in the ERP system
• Develop and maintain SOPs for A- and B-customers
• Take part in customer meetings and supplier visits
• Keep up with training on packaging solutions, customer needs and compliance

Required profile

• Experience in customer service, internal sales support, order processing, freight forwarding or administration
• Experience with customer contact in a B2B environment and a coordinating role
• Fluent Danish and routine English, written and spoken
• Structured, detail-oriented and motivated by helping customers and colleagues

Required skills

• Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
• Active use of CRM systems
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central
