About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist retail leads and floor managers in training new employees.
• Operate cash registers, manage inventory, restock shelves, and build visual displays.
• Recommend products to meet sales targets and create a bond between online and offline sales.
• Inform customers and teammates about Nike products, services, and culture.
• Continuously improve product knowledge through training tools and courses.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years old, able to live and work in Denmark.
• Fluent in English; Danish is a plus.
• Customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
• Flexible schedule for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
