Operational Sidekick Intern

About the role

Join Zoku as an Operational Sidekick Intern and experience a fast‑paced hospitality environment where you will rotate between reception, bar, restaurant and event support. You will help guests feel at home while gaining hands‑on experience across all operational areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and answer enquiries with a friendly attitude.
• Prepare coffee, cocktails and beers, and serve meals in the rooftop Living Kitchen restaurant.
• Set up meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
• Support daily operations across reception, bar and restaurant, adapting to shifting schedules.

Required profile

• University student needing a minimum 6‑month operational internship as part of your curriculum.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• EU/EEA/Swiss resident or holder of a valid Danish work and residence permit.
• Available to start in February 2027 and flexible with varied working hours.
• Willing to relocate to Copenhagen for the internship (accommodation not provided).
