Morning Cook – Breakfast Service

About the role

Great Northern, a resort in Kerteminde on Funen with 70 rooms, a spa and a restaurant, is expanding its hotel and restaurant and is looking for several morning cooks. The restaurant is the heart of the property, serving breakfast, lunch and both informal and exclusive meals, and the morning meal is central to its gastronomic offering, centred on quality, seasonality and the local Fynsk kitchen.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure high and consistent quality from the start of the day in close cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team.
• Prepare breakfast dishes with attention to quality, craftsmanship and the local Fynsk kitchen.

Required profile

• Cook trained, preferably with experience in hotels, restaurants or breakfast service.
• Prioritises quality, taste and presentation, even early in the day.
• Structured, responsible and able to keep an overview in a busy morning flow.
• Open-minded and team-oriented, contributing to a good atmosphere in the kitchen.
