Coloplast’s Master Thesis Program offers final‑stage master students the chance to combine academic research with hands‑on experience in a global healthcare company. Participants will work on a project exploring growth opportunities beyond the ostomy space, addressing real business challenges and contributing to strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate potential growth areas beyond ostomy care, evaluating market size and identifying promising business partners.
• Answer strategic questions about which business areas offer the greatest potential, required efforts, and partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Master’s students in business, strategy, marketing, law, healthcare innovation or related fields.
• Strong interest in healthcare, business development, marketing and innovation, with solid analytical and communication abilities.
