Laboratory Technician – QA Lifecycle Laboratory

About the role

Join the Quality Assurance Lifecycle Laboratory at Coloplast’s Mørdrup site, supporting product quality throughout the entire lifecycle. You will work in a collaborative team of technicians and test method specialists, performing routine and non‑routine laboratory testing to ensure compliance with strict quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute laboratory tests according to approved procedures, instructions and test methods.
• Document test activities and results accurately, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
• Review and evaluate test data, performing basic statistical analysis and interpreting results.
• Support ongoing production, investigations of non‑conforming results, and test verification activities.
• Participate in equipment maintenance, calibration, qualification, and troubleshooting.
• Write, review and update laboratory procedures, test methods and work instructions.
• Contribute to change control, corrective actions, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Laboratory Technician or equivalent laboratory education.
• Experience in practical laboratory work, preferably in quality control, medical devices or regulated industries.
• Strong quality mindset with a structured approach to documentation and data integrity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
• Fluent in Danish and able to communicate effectively in English.

Required skills

• Laboratory testing and equipment operation.
• Basic statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Equipment maintenance, calibration and qualification.
• Use of digital systems for laboratory documentation and data handling.
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is an advantage.
