Laborantelev – 1‑year lab trainee program

About the role

Laborantelev – start your career at Coloplast. We are looking for 1‑2 lab trainees for our adhesive and wound‑care laboratory, with a start date of 1 February or 1 September 2026. The 12‑month programme offers hands‑on experience alongside experts in chemical, physical and biological testing.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct physical material tests for innovation projects and market‑ready products, including viscosity, rheology, pH and tensile testing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams of lab technicians, engineers and specialists.
• Rotate through other departments for 1‑2 weeks to gain broader insight into the company’s operations.
• Work under the guidance of an internal mentor to ensure progress through the training plan.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a laboratory technician programme and available for a 12‑month placement in Autumn 2026.
• Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.
• Curious, motivated to learn technical skills and comfortable working in a team.
