About the role

Alcon is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Vision Care business to lead strategic account development and build long‑term partnerships within an assigned regional territory. You will manage a defined portfolio of Vision Care customers, driving growth while deepening Alcon’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key customers and internal teams to address commercial and patient‑journey challenges.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of Vision Care accounts through solution‑oriented, relationship‑driven engagement.
  • Develop and execute medium‑ to long‑term account plans to meet sales targets and strengthen market position.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Analyze account performance, market trends, and competitive dynamics to identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or customer‑facing roles, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or FMCG.
  • Strong commercial mindset with ambition to evolve into a strategic key account role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Proactive, customer‑centric approach with solid analytical and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a strong asset.
