IT Support - studentermedhjælper

About the role

You will join Norconsult's IT department in Herlev, supporting over 500 employees across Denmark. The position offers practical experience in hardware, software and user assistance, with occasional work at the Nordic Office of Architecture in central Copenhagen.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and set up PCs, mobile phones and other IT equipment.
• Provide support for hardware and software issues.
• Install and update applications.
• Manage user accounts and IT orders.
• Troubleshoot workstations, printers and meeting equipment.
• Log and follow up on support tickets.
• Handle various ad‑hoc IT tasks.

Required profile

• Studying IT, data, environmental science or a related field, preferably early in the program.
• Strong interest in technology, hardware and software.
• Curious about modern IT solutions in business.
• Service‑oriented and enjoys helping others.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Professional communication in Danish and preferably English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365.
