IT Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join our Infrastructure & Operations team at our Copenhagen headquarters. You will lead multiple digital and IT projects, coordinating stakeholders across Satair, Airbus, and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Align project objectives, scope, and success criteria with all stakeholders.
• Coordinate, monitor, and drive project activities from initiation to delivery.
• Maintain baseline plans, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring milestones are met.
• Report project status, costs, and risks to the Steering Committee.
• Identify, mitigate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with governance, quality gates, and reporting standards.
• Support portfolio management, roadmap building, and high‑level priority tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT project management, preferably within infrastructure environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in a global setting.
• Ability to prioritize urgency, manage deadlines, and maintain project momentum.
• Financial acumen to handle project budgets and cost reporting.
