HR Operations Specialist / Senior Specialist

Join Ascendis Pharma as a Specialist/Senior Specialist in HR Operations, driving operational excellence across HR processes in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support HR Operations projects across Europe, ensuring successful planning, execution and implementation.
• Drive process improvements, standardisation and automation, including AI‑enabled solutions, to enhance efficiency, quality and compliance.
• Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, IT and other functions on operational and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, documentation and governance frameworks.
• Analyse HR operational data and trends to provide recommendations and support decision‑making.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Project Management or related fields, preferably in an international organisation.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and drive operational improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and a detail‑oriented, structured approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with process automation and digital HR solutions, including AI‑enabled tools.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
