Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape and deliver our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring a strong and timely pipeline of high‑quality candidates across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners and senior leaders, translating business needs into effective talent acquisition plans.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and assessment to offer and onboarding, while anticipating future talent needs.
• Leverage internal data and external market insights to forecast talent availability, identify hiring challenges and guide workforce planning.
• Use analytics to evaluate recruitment performance, identify trends and continuously improve processes.
• Lead recruitment in complex, competitive markets, driving innovative sourcing, employer branding and a consistent candidate experience.
• Contribute to global talent acquisition frameworks, policies and initiatives, supporting scalable growth.
• Share best practices, mentor colleagues and champion compliance with recruitment laws and internal policies.
