About the role

Join PwC's Digital Business Core as a Senior Associate focusing on change management. You will support organisations through digital and organisational transformations, working closely with clients and colleagues in both private and public sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders.
• Develop communication, learning and culture materials.
• Design and tailor change initiatives to client needs.
• Produce analyses, presentations and recommendations together with clients and colleagues.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in change management.
• Proven ability to lead end‑to‑end projects.
• Consulting experience with strong business development and client relationship skills.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Focus on delivering value and transferring knowledge to clients.
