Entry-Level Consultant 2027 Cohort (m/f/d) – Copenhagen

About the role

Oliver Wyman, a global management consulting firm, is hiring an entry-level consultant for its 2027 cohort based in Copenhagen. You will work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change, with the chance to work across industries and capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights.
• Analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and help structure recommendations that support client decision-making.
• Contribute to client-ready deliverables such as presentations, analysis, workshops and discussions.
• Build core consulting skills, including structuring work, communicating clearly, contributing to team problem-solving and managing priorities.
• Likely to travel within the home market and internationally; work is hybrid, with at least three days per week in the local office.

Required profile

• Bachelor's (and Master's) degree only.
• Initiative, intuition and creativity, with a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• No specific academic major or industry experience required; diversity of experience and extracurricular activities are valued.
• Fluency in Danish or another Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish) and in English.
