Enterprise Architect - Defence

About the role

PA Consulting, a global consulting firm with deep expertise in defence, security, public sector, energy, transport, health and finance, is looking for a (senior) Enterprise Architect to strengthen its architecture capabilities within its Defence & Security team. You will work closely with business units, existing solution and enterprise architects and sourcing functions, helping to build coherent architecture principles, governance and strategic decisions in an organisation of political complexity.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise architecture across customers' organisations in the defence and security sector
• Ensure communication and implementation of architecture and governance in complex projects
• Advise business and management on strategic technology choices
• Work closely with sourcing teams and contribute to tender and supplier dialogues
• Adapt communication to organisational maturity and produce understandable architecture descriptions

Required profile

• Experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect
• Demonstrated experience establishing and implementing architecture at enterprise, domain and solution level, including reference architectures and architecture roadmaps
• Knowledge of data architecture and data modelling, and of sourcing and supplier management
• Fluent Danish and English, written and spoken
• Ability to obtain security clearance quickly

Required skills

• TOGAF and ArchiMate certification (or willingness to obtain it)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to explain architecture simply to different stakeholders
