e-Commerce Business Product Owner

About the role

As the e‑Commerce Business Product Owner you will drive the digital evolution of Satair, a leading aerospace parts provider. You will own the strategy and execution of the company’s B2B e‑Commerce platform, shaping product road‑maps, influencing global revenue, and turning user insights into innovative digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deliver product road‑maps aligned with Satair’s commercial and digital objectives.
• Oversee daily operations of the e‑Commerce ecosystem, including customer and supplier onboarding and transaction facilitation.
• Monitor performance metrics and apply data‑driven strategies to improve functionality and sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Customer Service and Order Handling.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT, legal, marketing, customer service) to prioritize and implement enhancements.
• Gather and analyse user feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support marketing strategy implementation for digital products.
• Document business requirements and hand them over for development in close cooperation with process owners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing digital or e‑Commerce products, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and user feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across global, cross‑functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, comfortable working in a fast‑moving, transformation‑focused setting.
