IT Infrastructure Expert – End User Computing (EUC)

About the role

We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Expert to own and guide our End User Computing (EUC) landscape. You will act as the technical authority for Windows client devices, ensuring security, compliance, and alignment with business needs while collaborating with a managed service partner.

Key responsibilities

• Steer the EUC environment: maintain Windows devices, SCCM, and Intune configurations up‑to‑date and secure.
• Vendor collaboration: guide the sourcing partner on architecture, deployments, and imaging.
• Define and enforce compliance standards for OS imaging, application packaging, upgrades, patch management and hardening.
• Drive efficiency and automation by identifying improvement opportunities and designing smart solutions.
• Future‑proof the environment by staying on top of Microsoft’s roadmap, especially modern management and Intune.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or 2‑4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Quick learner with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to deliver results.
• Independent worker who can build long‑term relationships across the organization.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Intune.
