Digital Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Digital Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance our e‑commerce and omnichannel platforms. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and strategy, delivering projects that create seamless digital experiences for global customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of digital projects focused on e‑commerce enhancements and system integrations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders—across multiple countries.
• Manage external vendors, implementation partners, and distributed development teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Proactively monitor risks, resolve technical or commercial challenges, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Support operational transition from project delivery to continuous product operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex digital, e‑commerce, or omnichannel projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of both Agile (Scrum/SAFe) and Waterfall delivery models.
• Solid understanding of modern e‑commerce platforms and omnichannel value creation.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration concepts such as APIs and ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or related field; PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are advantageous.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
