Digital Project Manager – Customer Projects

About the role

Sofigate, a business technology company combining transformation expertise with low/no-code platforms and generative AI, is looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join its Copenhagen team. You will lead customer projects across digital transformation and enterprise technology, from planning through implementation and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and enterprise technology projects from initiation to implementation
• Translate business objectives into clear plans, governance and measurable outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders across business and IT
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and decisions
• Facilitate workshops and steering groups, supporting communication, change and adoption
• Use AI-supported tools to improve planning, reporting, analysis and delivery
• Contribute to customer roadmaps and identify further business value

Required profile

• 3-5 years of experience leading digital transformation, technology or platform-related projects
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to planning, governance and delivery
• Comfortable working with agile, waterfall or hybrid delivery methods
• Curious about AI, automation and emerging technologies
• Entrepreneurial mindset, independent work and fluent Danish and English
• Legally permitted to live and work in Denmark

Required skills

• Experience with ServiceNow or IT operating-model transformation is a strong advantage
• Consulting and organizational change management experience is also valuable
