Digital Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a structured analytical thinker who can turn business needs into clear digital specifications. As a Digital Business Analyst you will act as the bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring that commercial and operational requirements are translated into functional solutions for our global e‑commerce platform and omnichannel services.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, structure and document business requirements across e‑commerce, omnichannel and digital platform initiatives.
• Translate high‑level needs into detailed digital specifications, user stories, features and epics to maintain a healthy development backlog.
• Facilitate workshops and scoping sessions to align stakeholders from commercial units and IT.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, architects and development teams to clarify technical nuances and functional dependencies.
• Support user acceptance testing and functional validation to ensure delivered capabilities match original criteria.
• Maintain end‑to‑end traceability from initial requirement through to production delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a complex digital or enterprise IT environment.
• Strong track record of converting business requirements into functional digital specifications and agile user stories.
• Understanding of modern B2B/B2C e‑commerce platforms and omnichannel touchpoints (plus but not mandatory).
• Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, product‑centric setting.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with collaboration and agile tools.
