Data Centre OFCI Project Manager

About the role

Turner & Townsend is looking for an OFCI (Owner Furnished Contractor Installed) Project Manager for a data centre project in Fredericia. You will act as the client's representative for Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) and Field Integrated Assembly (FIA) activities, working with client sourcing departments and contractors, and keeping the project team informed of progress and bottlenecks. The role requires a large degree of on-site presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OFE and monitor and report on vendor and integrator off-site activities, aligned with project objectives and client strategy
• Review contracts and scopes of work with gap analysis so that all contractual scope is covered between vendors and site contractors
• Gather requirements, manage expectations and address concerns with stakeholders across client departments and contractors
• Provide weekly progress updates and keep stakeholders informed
• Manage OFE schedules, track milestones and ensure required-on-site dates match vendor schedules
• Resolve issues, blockers and conflicts quickly, and structure work interfaces across scope, time, cost and quality

Required profile

• At least 3 years in supply chain coordination (or OFCI) and/or project management on complex, large-scale projects
• Data centre industry experience preferred
• Experience in construction or engineering, preferably mechanical and electrical, or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and coordinate across teams
• Excellent English; Danish is a nice to have

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, customs regulations and construction logistics for critical data centre equipment
• Proficiency in EDMS systems (ACC preferred) and project management tools
